Itinerary
Day 1 | Fes-Dades Gorge
Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast, followed by a walking tour of the Old City, locally recognized as Fes el Bali. Submerge yourself in the atmosphere reminiscent of the Middle Ages. as you navigate the labyrinthine medina, bustling with artisans, markets, tanneries, and mosques. Traverse the car-free urban zone, observing donkeys laden with goods, and explore the distinct specialty sections within the souk. Watch for the recently restored Medersa Bou Inania, among the city's most exquisite buildings. Visit Medersse el Attarine and the splendid Funduq al-Najjarin, an impeccably restored 18th-century inn. Witness the renowned tannery, offering an iconic view of its dye pits, and visit a ceramics factory to observe potters at work traditionally.
This afternoon, you can explore at your own pace. Consider Moroccan specialties such as harira (chickpea soup) and chicken-stuffed pies served with couscous for dinner.
Departure from Fes is scheduled for 08:00 a.m., with your knowledgeable driver/guide picking you up in a comfortable air-conditioned car. The journey begins with a visit to Ifrane, known as the "Switzerland of Morocco." Noteworthy fact: Ifrane features houses with sloping roofs, a rarity in Morocco. Moving through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stop at the cedar forest near Azrou to observe Barbary apes. Proceeding south, pass through Berber villages and reach Midelt, acclaimed as the "apple capital," for lunch. Later, venture deeper into the mountains for breathtaking landscapes and beautiful Berber villages, culminating in an evening arrival at the Toudgha Gorge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Note: During Winter, conditions may occasionally make the route to Little Switzerland impassable due to snowfall.

Day 2 |TODRA GORGE-MERZOUGA
Todra Gorge , nestled within the rugged landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco, the Dades Gorge stands as a geological masterpiece, captivating all who venture into its breathtaking embrace. Carved over centuries by the Dades River, this spectacular gorge is a testament to the raw power of nature and an ode to the intricacies of Moroccan topography. The Dades Gorge, also known as the Grand Canyon of Morocco, stretches approximately 100 kilometers (62 miles) through the High Atlas, revealing a kaleidoscope of colors and rock formations. Towering canyon walls, adorned with hues ranging from deep reds to ochre, create a mesmerizing tapestry that changes with the shifting sunlight, offering a visual g for those fortunate enough to explore its depths.

Experience the diverse beauty of Morocco from the lush palm Groves of the remarkable Ziz Valley, famous for its expansive palm groves and November date festival.
