We traverse the Costa del Sol, renowned for its stunning coastal views.

As we arrive in Algeciras, the bustling port urban center along the southern shoreline of Spain, a sense of anticipation fills the air. Here, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean, lies the gateway to another world—the gateway to Africa.   Amidst this lively scene, we go to the ferry terminal, where a modern vessel awaits us across the legendary Strait of Gibraltar.

This narrow passage separating Europe from Africa is steeped in history and myth, a crossing point for civilizations and cultures for centuries. As we board the ferry, the excitement builds. From the deck, we watch as Algeciras fades into the distance, its white-washed buildings and palm-lined boulevards giving way to the vast expanse of the sea.

The waters of the strait shimmer under the Mediterranean sun, beckoning us forward into a new adventure. As the ferry glides across the tranquil waters, with the silhouette of the Rock of Gibraltar looming on the horizon, we can't help but marvel at the beauty and significance of this crossing. For centuries, it has been a symbol of connection and division, a bridge between continents and a barrier between worlds.

But as we sail onwards, we are reminded that borders are meant to be crossed and that the journey is as important as the destination.
